I love this short sweet novella that covers the events of Halloween Night 🎃from a different perspective. We get to see the main storyline in Wicked Princess. This short novella should only be read after you finished Wicked Princess not just as a prequel to Dark Knight! We get to see the story of the party behind Calli’s eyes and what exactly happened to her when chaos erupted for Stella and her Knights. Calli Cirillo is a Mafia Princess, constantly under protection and scrutiny by her older brother Nico, her cousin Theo, and their fellow Knights Toby, Seb, Alex and Daemon. On Halloween Night 🎃, Knight Ridge puts on a huge Halloween Party, her eyes set on a night of fun Calli dances the night away until a mysterious set of eyes covered in a Batman costume continue to follow her every movement. Once her girls step away she finds herself wrapped up with his hands on her hips and lips on her lips. Good girl Calli takes a new step when this mysterious “Batman” takes her into a room alone for them to have some fun. Unfortunately, their fun comes to an end quickly when chaos stiles outside the door (events during Wicked Princess). Who is this mysterious Batman? Why can’t she stop thinking about him? I am so excited to read Callie and Batman’s story. This is what happened on Halloween night between Callie and Batman. It is a little prequel that grabbed my attention. I want to know more about these two and see how much more confidence Callie will get and see just who Batman is. These two are definite opposites, but I think they are the perfect fit for each other. One is light and the other is dark.

OOOO! Our little Calli girl isn't as innocent anymore! I loved this little novella. It was quick and hot and I cannot wait to see who Batman is. I definitely have my suspicions so we will see if I'm right! I love absolutely everything about this series so far and cannot wait to read more.

This is the first book of Tracy’s I’ve read and I’m hooked. I need to know who Batman is!! 🖤 Since I didn’t read the series before this I had no clue who the characters were and their world so some things didn’t make sense but it wasn’t horrible. I’m still going to read the next book and see how it goes. If I get too confused or lost I’ll stop and start at the very beginning. Can’t wait for the next one!

But since she's been exposed to Stella and Emmie's influences, she's coming out of her shell and doing things that she should have been doing at her age. She's enjoying this new feeling of freedom. While at a halloween party she meets a guy dressed as Batman, they get close, then they get interrupt, then she realises who he is. Hopefully we won't have long to find out when the whole book is released.

Callie heads out with her friends to the Halloween party. Here she's approached by the mysterious Batman who won't show her his face but shows her other things instead. A prequel to the next installment in the series sets up Callie's story. I can't wait to find out who Batman is and all the trouble that's bound to cause.
